This year I didn't start my diet and exercise on Jan 1 as I usually do.
Today is the day.....Jan 26.2009
I run for 30 min with 2 min of warmup at a speed of 5miles, did 20 min of elleptical interval training level 4
My goal is to lose about 20-25 pounds
Be able to run for 1 hour with out stopping
and also to be able to the stairs for 1hour
